We do not hand off your system until all the start up issues are addressed and your people are trained well enough to operate and maintain your MDR conveyor. During installation we request the presence of your maintenance personnel to assist our crew during trouble shooting to get first hand experience for start up.


If there is a time sensitive installation we remain on the job to be sure your system operates according to the functional specifications, Because our product has a two year warranty there is constant follow up of our engineering department to be sure you are satisfied with the conveyor function.
